Day 1. Welcome to Istanbul

Upon arrival to Istanbul airport our transfer man will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name, in order to transfer you to your hotel. After check-in to the room, you will be given a brief instruction and review of your Turkey tour by Road Runner Travel representative. You have rest of the day by yourself to explore the area or relax at your hotel.

Day 2: Istanbul Old City Walking Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up for full day Istanbul old city tour to visit Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, The Hippodrome, Obelisk of Theodosius from Egypt, Serpentine Column from the Temple of Delphi, German Fountain, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace, after the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 3: Free Day to Explore Istanbul

After breakfast, you have full day to explore bazaars or new city part of Istanbul by yourself.

Day 4. Flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia / North Cappadocia Tour

Early morning you will have transfer from your hotel to airport for the flight to Cappadocia ( 60 min ). Upon arrival to Cappadocia airport our transfer man will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it, in order to transfer you to our Cappadocia office.
Today you will have full day tour of north Cappadocia to visit. Uchisar town to see the big rock on top of the hill with lots of rooms carved into cave. Urgup town to see one of the most famous rock formations that are symbolizing Cappadocia, Devrent valley, Avanos town is red clay pottery center of Turkey since Hittites. Goreme open air museum to see the most beautiful rock-cut churches with one of the best preserve frescoes (wall paintings). The tour will end approximately 16:30 p.m and you will be transferred to your hotel. You have the rest of the day by yourself to explore this beautiful Goreme town.

Day 5. South Cappadocia Tour

Highly Recommended to Experience Hot Air Ballooning

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up for full day south part of Cappadocia tour to visit Pigeon Valley, Uchisar castle, Kaymaklı ancient multi-level underground city which is 5 floor and extending to a depth of approximately 40 m. Then head off to the Red Valley, this beautiful valley gets its name from the rose-colored rock. Here we will hike for 2 hours to see the beauty of the valley with several rock-cut underground dwellings and churches from the Byzantine period. The tour will end approximately 17:00 p.m. After the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 6. Flight from Cappadocia to Antalya / Free day in Antalya

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by our driver to transfer airport for a flight to Antalya.
Flight from Cappadocia to Antalya, upon arrival to Antalya airport our transfer man will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it, in order to transfer your hotel. You have rest of the day by yourself to explore beautiful beaches of Antalya or the old town which is big and beautiful enough to wander around all day.

Day 7. Perge, Aspendos Amphitheatre and Manavgat Waterfall Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up for full day Perge, Aspendos and Manavgat tour. Perge is an important city of ancient Paraphilia, originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC. St. Paul visited Perge on his first missionary journey. Aspendos is one of the best preserved Roman theaters in Anatolia, than we will go on to Manavgat waterfalls. End of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 8. Bus from Antalya to Fethiye / Free day in Fethiye

After breakfast at the hotel our driver will pick up you to transfer Antalya bus station for a 4 hours bus to Fethiye. Upon arrival to Fethiye bus station our transfer man will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it, in order to transfer you to your hotel. Rest of the day is by yourself to explore Oludeniz ( blue lagoon ). Oludeniz remains one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean. It has a secluded sandy bay at the mouth of Oludeniz, on a blue lagoon.

Day 9. 12 Islands Daily Boat Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, our driver will pick you up from hotel to transfer the boat in Fethiye harbor for a full day 12 Island boat tour, lunch will be on the boat. This is a day that you will fall in love with the turquoise blue, crystal clear Mediterranean Sea, I suggest you to look around carefully in this tour you might see the dolphins, flying fish and even the sea turtles. Tour will and 18:00 p.m and you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 10. Pamukkale and Hierapolis Ancient City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, our driver will pick you up for full day Pamukkale and Hierapolis tour. This beautiful naturel and historical sides are about 4 hours driving distance from your hotel but this will be a nice country side experience for you. Today we will visit Pamukkale, meaning “cotton castle” in Turkish because the travertines and terraces of carbonate minerals left by flowing hot spring water. Hierapolis ancient city has been one of the most important spa and health center since 2nd century for Jewish, early Christians and Romans. The tour will end approximately 19:00 p.m and you will be transferred to your hotel in Kusadası.

Day 11. Ephesus Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up for full day Ephesus and surroundings tour. Today we will visit Temple of Artemis which is one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Best of the day is Ephesus antique city which was established as a port city, it has been most important commercial center, once a religious center of the early Christianity and now it is one of the most important visit site in Turkey then we will go to house of Virgin Mary the belief that Virgin Mary had spent her last days around Ephesus and she died there. End of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 12. Pergamum Tour / Travel to Canakkale

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up for full day Pergamum tour, today we will visit one of the most important Greek Roman ancient city Pergamum with its Acropolis and Altar of Zeus which is one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, end of tour we will be driving to Gallipoli area to stay the night in Canakkale.

Day 13. Troy and Gallipoli Tour / Travel to Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up for full day Troy and Gallipoli tour. Today from morning to lunch time we will visit UNESCO World Heritage Site of Troy, see a replica of the Trojan horse that you can climb for a photo and the fortification walls of Troy Vl with its tower and gateway entrance. After Troy tour we will have lunch and cross European site of Dardanelles to Gallipoli, here we will visit Brighton Beach, Hell Split, the Beach Cemetery and the Grave of John Simpson, Anzac Cove, Ariburnu and Anzac Cove cemeteries, the Lone Pine Australian memorial and cemetery. You can walk the Artillery Road and even visit some original tunnels and trenches at Johnston’s Jolly, the infamous Nek cemetery, as well as the Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial and cemetery. At the end of the tour we travel to Istanbul. Transfer to your hotel in Istanbul, check in hotel.

Day 14. End of Your Turkey Tour / Transfer to Airport

After breakfast, check out from your room and we will arrange transfer to international airport according to your international flight or you can extend your accommodation in Istanbul and use your airport transfer according to your flight date.
